Cancellations & Refunds
If you should cancel a conference registration before Monday 03 September 2007 you will receive a refund less a cancellation charge of 125.00. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. We welcome substitute delegates at any time.
If you are unable to attend the conference and are purchasing conference papers, they will be delivered to you approximately 28 working days after the event has taken place provided that your payment has been received. If you are not 100% satisfied with the papers you should call Julie Fulk on +44 (0)207 017 5506 and we will arrange for a full refund or substitute.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.
